Age And Experience Versus Youth And In-experience!
I have been watching several programs on CNN about preparatory guidelines, that a job seeker should consider before attending an interview, or attending a Job Fair.
But I have seen and heard all of this before, and I have come to the following conclusion:
* It does not matter how perfectly scripted and presented your Resume is.
* You will be hired based on the ability to impress, convince, and make that interviewer like you, most of the time.
* Qualifications related to the job you are applying for may be required.
* But years of experience on similar job situations, help greatly in terms of loyalty, organizational skills, and regularity, in terms of how long you have spent of each job.
* And your ability to express yourself clearly, coherently, and confidently, about who you are, what is it you want and can contribute, and what skills you have that is important to that organization.
These are some of the elements that are vitally necessary for any aspiring Job Applicant!
